Thyme Hotel - Lechlade

Stylish hotel in a very pretty building with astonishing views to the gorgeous gardens. Gorgeous and amazing breakfast with a great selection of outstanding food. Tranquil and stunning location, on hooks in the living area. Based so close to a pub called the Victoria in another hamlet, the ski slopes, and the Ox Barn restaurant.

Had great stay during our visit.

The room was exquisite in general, with an upholstered oyster shape velvet bed.

Some people working there were a bit slow.

Couples adventure awaits

One of the fantastic experiences was discovering the estate, so beautifully decorated and just a joy to wander through, the gardens really brought me a sense of peace. And the cozy fireplace in the evenings while sharing laughs over board games made it romantic.

It wasn't exactly affordable, but it was still worth every penny.

Fine Cotswold views, heated outdoor pool, access to local pubs

Public access allows random outsiders with dogs on the hotel!!! Room maintenance could definitely be improved-no milk despite calls, and missing basic toiletries. Plus, navigating the layout was confusing and frustrating!!!

We had a fantastic time at this gorgeous place! The outdoor swimming pool was fine despite the cool weather, and the food we had at the Ox Barn was nice, especially the cocktails. The spa treatment was one of the best I've ever experienced. I felt totally pampered afterward. Would definitely choose this place again!

Make sure to enjoy the gourmet picnic options. a delightful way to experience the beautiful grounds while relaxing outside.

The beauty and warmth of the hotel swept us off our feet. We enjoyed amazing dinners. The spa was a dream, relaxing and just what we needed to unwind together!

The grounds are beautiful with meticulous gardens. The Baa Bar offers a unique and cozy atmosphere. Our double room was stylishly decorated and spacious. Dining was an exquisite experience with delicious meals.

Amazing cooking class with friendly staff. Room next to the restaurant was noisy at night and bothered our sleep.

A cozy getaway with amazing food

We had a lovely weekend away. The room was super cozy. Edwin and Damien were great! The restaurant was a highlight, with some of the best meals we've ever had. Just a bit noisy at times, hard to relax fully.

The cozy double room had good decor and amazing views of the surrounding estate. The staff were genuinely warm.

shower pressure was disappointingly low

The gardens were simply breathtaking! 🌺 Our spacious room was cozy, perfect for relaxing after exploring. the noise from neighboring rooms was a bit bothersome. a memorable stay!
